One may conclude that our english is kanasai,but actually it is short,simple,concise,straight to the point and effective.

When giving customer bad news,
British:I am sorry ,sir it seems that we do not have the sweater in ure size.
SG:Bo stock.
Returning a missed call.
British:Hello ,this is John Smith.Did anyone call me a few minutes ago?
SG:Hello,u call me ar?
Asking someone to make way,
British:Excuse me,i would like to get by.Would you make way?
SG:Siam leh!
When someone is noisy,
British:Stop talking so loudly here.
SG:Diam la!
